Pure Hitting Sports Academy (PHSA) located in Peachtree City, Georgia was founded to provide the most effective baseball and softball instructional programs in the region.Breaking FreeOur teaching philosophy combines hands-on instruction from experienced instructors, innovative training techniques, and mental conditioning.

With over 50 years of combined experience, our professional staff strive to help our clients realize their full potential, with the intent of providing the strong foundation necessary for collegiate and, potentially professional play. Our programs are designed for individual, group and teams.

Within our 17,000 square foot climate-controlled facility, we have ample room for offensive and defensive training, including 12 batting cages, pitching lanes, and situational training, as well as speed and conditioning classes.

The Pure Hitting Approach

The Pure Hitting Program is designed to help players of all levels achieve their maximum potential.  The same fundamentals apply to hitting in baseball or in fast-pitch softball. Our students will be instructed in proper swing fundamentals, tied directly to what the great hitters do to separate themselves from the masses.  Young players, in particular, are rarely coached in a way that allows them to become confident, fully developed players. Our hands-on approach allows students to master proper form and posture, learn how to feel the correct swing path, as well as transfer maximum energy into the ball. Importantly, they also gradually learn to coach themselves — and with hard work and consistent practice, a player can become a “Pure Hitter.”

-ACE “Attitude – Concentration – Effort”
-Create a positive teaching atmosphere where the objective is to learn while also having fun
-Evaluate the stature, style and strengths of each individual student and develop a customized player training profile
-Introduce proper hitting fundamentals, tailored to that individual’s strengths (and weaknesses)
-Utilize proven hitting drills to master proper form and posture
-Learn proper plate coverage, zone discipline and the 2K approach
-Improve mental focus, practice on-deck visualization, and establish a consistent hitting routine
-Set short- and long-term training goals to improve specific skills and overall playing ability
